Pope Benedict XVI Joins Twitter

So Pope Benedict XVI now has his own Twitter account: @Pontifex.  Pope Benedict XVI will begin tweeting in six different languages starting from the 12^th of December 2012.  The pope chose “Pontifex” as his Twitter handle because it means pope in Latin as well as ‘bridge-builder’.
