Bill Donohue the
President of the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights has written an
interesting report about the deposition of the President of SNAP (Survivors
Network of those Abused by Priests).

The reaction
from SNAP, now that they find themselves unable to stand up to the legal scrutiny,
has been to post this on their website:
“Abuse victims and SNAP are being attacked by
lawyers for KC Bishop Robert Finn and pedophile priests.”
Excuse me, what
do you expect? Anyone who is accused, rightly or wrongly, is entitled to
“lawyer up”. However, it seems that what SNAP actually wants is for all priests
to simply roll over, even if they are innocent, every time anyone decides to
point a finger and accuse them of abusing someone.
Sorry SNAP but
that is not how the justice system works. We are all innocent until its proven
otherwise! That's true justice!
